The person who did our job didn't take the time to do it properly and didn't work neatly. She applied the screen protector without thoroughly cleaning the screen. The screen protector she recommended, despite knowing the device model, didn't work, and the fingerprint sensor was disabled. Considering the high amount we paid, we didn't receive anything satisfactory in return. You can get the same service with the same quality and much more variety for a quarter of the price from online stores. Not recommended at all.

I had an excellent experience at this store. The first time I visited, a wonderful young lady helped me with incredible patience and professionalism, guiding me to everything I needed for my phone. Her assistance was so impressive that, a year or two later, I returned to refresh my phone gadgets.
This time, I was fortunate to be assisted by Jaume, who was even more helpful and professional. Jaume's kindness and expertise made the shopping experience truly enjoyable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming, creating a fantastic vibe in the store.

Went in for a screenprotector. Told the guy I didn’t speak Spanish that well. He put on the wrong screenprotector and had to redo the right one multiple times. It took ages. After a few hours of having the screen protector, it already had scratches and broke right through the middle. I am always careful with my phone so it wasn’t me. Went back to tell them and they were denying that it was bad quality and said it was my own fault. Don’t go here.
